In September 2005 Ms. Bell joined Bostwick Laboratories as the human resources manager responsible for operational, performance, growth and regulatory issues faced by the company. Prior to joining Bostwick Laboratories, she was the employee relations manager at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates in Washington, DC handling all aspects of HR including but not limited to recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations and compensation.
