In August 2005 Mr. Kochar joined Bostwick Laboratories as the chief information officer. Prior to joining Bostwick, Mr. Kochar was the director of information systems for New York Medical College. During the 20 years at New York Medical College, Mr. Kochar migrated the college systems from Mainframe Legacy systems to networked based distributed web environment. Mr. Kochar has over 20 years experience in managing information services. He was chief engineer from August 1975 to May 1984 for Great Eastern Shipping Corporation in India and Univan Shipping in Hong Kong. Mr. Kochar was also an assistant professor in the Information Systems and Computer Science departments at Pace University before he joined Bostwick Laboratories. He has a B.S. in marine engineering and a masters in computer science.
