Dr. Bostwick has authored 16 books, more than 25 book chapters and over 400 papers in the last decade. His text book, Urologic Surgical Pathology (WB Saunders, 1997), is the best selling book in Uropathology. Dr. Bostwick published more papers with keywords "prostate cancer"  in the past decade (1990-2000) than any other investigator (independent MedLine review, 2001).

Dr. Bostwick is on the editorial board of ten journals and is past President of the International Society or Urological Pathology. His most recent book, The American Cancer Society's Complete Guide to Prostate Cancer, is currently a best-seller.
