handles highly sensitive and confidential information with regard to patient healthcare. All information must be considered of a confidential nature and not available to the public. I agree not to discuss or disclose any patient information, confidential business information or trade secrets such as, but not limited to: customer lists, customer preferences, financial information, scientific data, or scientific formulae. Violation of this agreement is grounds for criminal or professional sanctions in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
